Terms of Service

1) Service overview

We help you plan festival trips and place booking requests for travel-related arrangements offered through the Service. Your itinerary and availability depend on third-party service providers (for example, transport or accommodation providers) and may change.

2) Booking requests, confirmation, and itinerary changes

• Booking request: When you submit a booking request through the Service, you request availability and pricing for the selected options.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation (including any applicable reservation details) via the contact method you provided.
• Changes: Itineraries, schedules, and availability may change due to third-party provider terms, operational constraints, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. If changes materially affect your confirmed booking, we will communicate the options available to you.

3) Pricing, fees, and taxes

Prices shown on the Service are based on available information at the time of your booking request and may change before confirmation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your confirmation, you are responsible for any charges imposed by third-party providers. Our service fee (if applicable) and any other disclosed fees will be stated during booking or in the confirmation.

4) What is included and excluded

Trip components depend on what you select and what is confirmed. Common items may include planning support and selected reservations. Exclusions may include costs not listed in your confirmed itinerary (for example, meals, optional activities, personal expenses, travel insurance, and expenses arising from changes or cancellations by third parties), unless explicitly included in the confirmation.

5) Eligibility and age

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) and can enter into binding contracts. If you book for another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the participant accepts these Terms and any provider-specific rules communicated to you.

6) Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms and refund eligibility depend on the confirmed arrangements and the third-party providers involved. Where your booking includes third-party components, the provider’s cancellation/refund policy may apply. We will provide the relevant information available to us at confirmation.

7) User responsibilities and prohibited conduct

• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not provide false or misleading information to obtain benefits, reservations, or pricing.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party provider actions or failures, including schedule changes, unavailability, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts paid to us under the confirmed booking, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

9) Personal data and privacy

If we process your personal data to provide the Service, we do so in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” № 2297-VI. We may process information on a lawful basis that we disclose in our privacy information and related consent/notice materials where applicable.

10) Consumer protection and dispute handling

If you purchase services at a distance and you are a consumer, you are entitled to protection under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” № 1023-XII. For complaints and dispute resolution, contact us using the contact details in the footer. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe, considering the specifics of your booking and the applicable provider policies.

11) Seller identification / e-commerce information

Where required in the Ukrainian e-commerce context, the Service provides the seller/provider identification information as follows, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” № 675-VIII.

12) Language requirement

Information about goods and services provided to consumers in Ukraine is provided in Ukrainian as the state language, in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language”.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date (if shown on the page) indicates the version in effect. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
